'Expedia listing is deceiving as it states under amenities that there is a hot tub/sauna. There is not— it appears to have been filled in. The pool water was freezing. It was hard for kids to enjoy it. When the staff was advised, they seemed to just turn up the room thermostat. I don’t think they understood. Only other complaint was that a member of our party had issues with their TV display and were given very little help. Unfortunately, I think there was a language barrier that prevented any...

'The Mayflower is a secret gem hidden in plain sight (if you look at the shell you'll miss the pearl inside). The rooms are immaculately clean, and done very tastefully with hardwood floors to accentuate it all. The bathrooms and showers appear to be newly renovated. The only addition I'd recommend is to add boiled eggs to the continental breakfast offerings. I had an amazing stay and the place was quiet so a great night's sleep which is most important.'
