'Helaas hebben we geen goede ervaring; het personeel was óf niet representatief (stoned..??). Er was de eerste ochtend veel te weinig ontbijt en niemand vulde tijdig aan.. het personeel was niet beschikbaar/bereikbaar en de badkamers zijn redelijk 'gedateerd' met veel achterstallig onderhoud.'

'This was such a unique place and we loved the experience and peacefulness of the property. I would suggest some kind of pavers or rock on the walkway just because it was very wet and muddy and we weren't prepared with boots or appropriate shoes. Also would suggest a mirror, otherwise everything was comfy and we really enjoyed the sauna and wood fire! Thank you!'

'We will never be returning to the Edgewater. We had some bad customer service. The car shuttle service was excellent, and the valet staff was friendly and nice. However, the front desk and the general manager failed us. When I called requesting housekeeping, the staff member had a language barrier and didn’t follow through on getting someone to come clean our room. We went two days without housekeeping despite multiple requests. I also asked twice to have the sheets and linens changed, and no...

'Overall a really great place! Lots of space to spread out in the house and lots of fun stuff providing with the paddle boards, kayaks, and games. The back deck is huge, but could use a good cleaning. I would recommend this place. '
