'Séjour parfait au plaza !!'

'Aanrader voor madrid. Tophotel'

'Vriendelijk personeel, heel goed ontbijtbuffet, kamer werd goed schoongemaakt, heerlijke douchesysteem'

'Loved the stay but music far too aggressive on roof top bar if you’re going to serve food'

'We stayed for 5 days evrthing was very nice. The location is superb. Everthing is nearby.'

'Top hotel! Top medewerkers!'

'Welcome to a abbandon partycentrum, oké the room is ok, but the rest not. No host, no breakfast, no restaurant, no information, so abbandon. Problem with the entrance, control airco not working and solved after two days. So the information on the site is misleading. '

'Very nice front desk staff! Always someone present + a doorman We could leave our luggage behind on checkout dat well protected. Spacious appartment that fit all our needs. Very central location, metro in front, supermarkt round the corner. Just perfect for a weekend with friends. And they are in the proces of fixing the elevator issue, I’m sure it will fine when the elevators are fully renewd.'

'Heel mooi ingericht, mooie kamer.

'Location of the hostel is fantastic, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and neat rooms. I will highly recommend this hostel for a short stay.'

'Fijne ligging, prima mooie kamers, zonder geluidsoverlast.

'Excellent location. Comfortable bedding, nespresso machine and daily water bottles. The rooftop is very nice, but very limited sun beds and it’s poorly maintained. The parasols were falling apart and the water spraying for cooling didn’t work. Not sure why they wouldn’t have a maintenance crew fixing stuff. Also the room was having poor maintenance: mold in the shower cabin floor corners, sealer missing partly, and grouting also falling out. In the room many stains on the carpet… for me it was...
