'The house is absolutely wonderful, it’s spacious, cozy, very complete and with u very nice private garden. Kitchen is complete with all you need and very tidy, with a nice big BBQ in the garden. The beds are very comfortable and romantically placed high up. And it’s quietly placed just a minutes walk from the bars and restaurants that you would not know were there at all. 'Unsere erste Woche auf Rhodos führte uns zu Billy nach Lachania in den Süden der Insel. Lachania ist ein kleiner Künstlerort mit einer sehr schönen Taverne und ideal, mit dem Auto den südlichen Teil zu erkunden. Wer hier Ruhe und Natur sucht, ist hier richtig gut aufgehoben. Das Haus von Billy ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat eine schöne Terrasse und die Taverne ist gleich gegenüber. Man kam gut mit den Einwohnern in Kontakt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. 'La maison est située au coeur d'un village calme et très intéressant avec église byzantine, musée, chateau fort. C'est un peu éloigné de la ville principale et une voiture est nécessaire mais le sud est très intéressant. La maison est très confortable et nous la conseillons.'

'Villa Filia was absolutely wonderful. Great location in Gennadi to the center of town. Very short drive to beach. Plenty of space for 6-7 people. Kitchen is beautiful! Patio is private. The terraces for each bedroom were wonderful! Having a washing machine and dish washing machine was a major plus! We will 100% stay here again next time we visit family in Gennadi. Thank you Ulrich!! 'We had such a fantastic stay. The villa is huge and has everything you need. The pool Area is lovely and we spent many an evening around it whilst cooking on the fab BBQ. We had the beach across the way to ourselves just as described in the ad .. it’s was just lovely and George was the best host ever, so generous with gifts of fresh fish, fruit etc.. thank you . Gennadi is a 5 min drive and has everything you need. Really lovely bakery, supermarket, restaurants and bars. Such a wonderful stay...
