Spahotels in Zuid-Tenerife

'I wish they put as much effort in the rooms as they put into the outside areas of the hotel. I am genuinely confused how this hotel has received this high appraisal when my experience was quite disappointing All windows and the door of the rooms with ‘ocean-view’ are on the same side where other guests also walk past, thus if you want any privacy when staying in your room you have to close all the curtains, staying in a dark hole.

'Top restaurants and spa !!'

Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . Complicated check-in procedure as no front desk , all communications in Spanish and not done through Hotels direct but through my WhatsApp account. This annoyed me . Information should...
