'My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇'

'As we were walking out the door for vacation we found out that our prior hotel had canceled our stay without any communication or explanation whatsoever!! After a mini freakout, I went onto Expedia and Sea and Sand Cottages was the first thing that popped up. 'Very quiet location with a 10-12 minute walk to beach. Beautiful pool next to cottage. Our 8-month-old Great Pyrenees felt at home. Clean living area, kitchen, bath and bedroom, well-appointed. Responsive hosts who are nearby and quick to respond to questions. Most restaurants and stores within a mile to 1.5 miles. We would stay here again '

'Extremely clean, nicely decorated beautiful room. The bed was too soft for us, but got enough sleep to feel refreshed in the morning. Would definitely stay again for 1 night but likely wouldn't more than that due to soft bed. 'This house is actually split into 2 . A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location.
