'La habitación muy limpia y las amenidades muy bien, la cama estuvo muy rica, descansamos muy a gusto, la habitación es chica pero si es funcional, lo unico que no nos gustó es que en el baño la regadera no tenía puerta o cortina y se salía el agua, pero fuera de ahí toda la atención que recibimos estuvo muy bien, recomiendo reservar ahí con ellos los tours son más económicos, muy agradecida por haber recibido un lindo detalle por mi cumpleaños. '

'Ali House Patong was an excellent decision. The location was super convenient and you can tell the rooms have been recently renovated. Very clean, spacious and modern. Had a smart tv which was great. Ali was also an excellent host and went out of his way to accommodate and give me recommendations on where to go etc. The staff were also wonderful and very accomodating. Overall great stay great service and great location. Highly recommend '

There is also a cafe restaurant right nearby with owl, lions, monkey with a nice atmosphere where families can bring the kids to take pictures with the animals. 7 eleven nearby and a lot of street food stalls. Also very accessible if you plan to take the boat to see Phi Phi islands or other islands.'

'Lite rolig hotell med fine rom med gode myke senger. Veldig fin base i forhold til utflukter og samt tilgjengelighet til Chalong pier. Stort pluss at man kan benytte fasilitetene på området tilhørende Nariya Bayfront Hotel også. Alt i alt et flott opphold. Bare merk at pin på kart på hotels.com ikke er korrekt og gir derfor feilinformasjon om hva som er i nærheten. Adressen under er derimot riktig, men pin og adressen har en avstand på 8 km, så er kun en liten heads up til andre potensielle...

'Nothing short of incredible. Amazing, expansive villa with a great pool, comfy bed, huge bathroom (one of two!) and smart TV. Staff were so warm and helpful, really great service. Food and drink were great. Beautiful property. Check-in was smooth and they even let us in an hour and a half early which was a delight since we were only there for two nights. 'Die Sonnenaufgänge waren natürlich das Highlight. Das Familienzimmer war riesig, leider die Aussicht vom Restaurantgebäude versperrt..Im Badezimmer hat es nach Abfluss gerochen, ansonsten alles sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück lecker, Abendessen können wir auch empfehlen, auch preislich in Ordnung. Es gibt einen schönen Infinitypool und bequeme Liegen, aber leider keine Sonnenschirme. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Verbindung mit einem Bootsausflug sehr zu empfehlen '

"This is a massive hotel. Although in low season, the breakfast during “high hour” 9.00 was terribly crowded. Variety is amazing. The rooms are spacious but smell moldy. Rooms are clean. Beds are good. Lots of swimming possibilities and kids club. Compared to the Kathathani in Chiang Rai, where they let you feel like home, this hotel lets you feel like a number. If there are no problems they are friendly and helpful, however if there are problems, it is not their problem. Like the washing machines for instance. Both broken during a washing cycle. Had to wait 30 minutes for a technician to come which eventually was not coming because the initial staff didn’t listen and thought we wanted to make use of a broken machine. Then when they came the conclusion was the machine was broken, and we were left with soaking wet and full of soap clothes. No excuse, no apologies, just the 60 baht back and gone was the manager. As if that is what I am waiting for. It is sad this incident reflects over this stay. And compared to their other resort, including the massiveness I would not recommend it. "
