'Property and the host were great !'

'Nice stay. Would stay again.'

'The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The space is very efficient! Location was perfect for the Performing Arts Center and grocery was convenient. I would absolutely like to stay there again!'

'Super clean home in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway. Beds are comfortable and hostess is a great communicator. We will definitely stay here again when back in Wichita.'

'The property was cute.'

'Our host was great. We had a question about the garage (which we didn’t realize wasn’t included in the rental) and got an immediate answer. The place was clean except for the floors. We found some sticky spots around the kitchen and living room. We re-washed the dishes because they didn’t look totally clean. Also there were some dishes missing so we were short for the amount of people we had. No lamps in the bedrooms which was kind of inconvenient. Only a couple of hangers in one closet. None in...

'We really enjoyed our stay at Fern Flats! The unit was clean, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great - very close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the small attention to details (like cotton rounds in the bathroom!). Would definitely recommend!'

'Super cute lil studio house. House was immaculate and all the towels and paper products were folded all hotel like. Nice touch. Host was great about communicating and check in/out proceedure was simple. Will be staying here on future trips to Wichita. '

'The location was perfect for us. My husband had surgery at Wesley and we wanted to bring our dog with us. It was easy for me to get to and from the hospital in about 10 minutes. The house was very comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed. Would highly recommend the house. Communication with the host was very easy. When I thought I needed to extend out check out they were great to accommodate.'

'House was nicely decorated. Beds comfortable and very clean. Close to Botanica, Old Town and Tanganyika. A great vacation experience!'

'We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location—close to Andy's Frozen Custard for training. We have already booked to stay here again next month.'
