'Super endroit super ville, à conseiller!'

'Dit hotel behoort tot de duurdere hotels in de omgeving. Daar tegenover staat mooie ruime kamers en een net hotel in een goede buurt. Helaas zijn er wel echt heel weinig voorzieningen, het zwembad mag je geen zwembad noemen en voor kinderen bijvoorbeeld is er niks te doen. Bijkomende kosten voor gebruik parkeergarage en ontbijt zijn het niet waard, die zouden in de prijs moeten zitten'

'Personeel heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het appartement groot genoeg maar niet voor 1 week, de bedden zijn echt slecht. Max voor 2 dagen. De kamers zonder airco. We kregen een kleintje op de kamer. Maar het was erg warm terwijl buiten niet zo warm was. WiFi werkte niet in het appartement. Locatie is erg goed en zeker voor de prijs in Bilbao. Maar er is geen eetgelegenheden in nabijgelegen buurt. Je moet wel 15 minuten lopen. Al bij al acceptabel voor 2-3 dagen. '

'It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc).
