'This property is run by a wonderful woman and her family. It is in a quiet village in the Rioja Alavesa close to other towns and villages in a beautiful setting. The property is a "casa rural" which comes close to a B&B with amazing breakfast for a very reasonable price. The terrace opens to a breathtaking view of the vineyards and mountains. Keep in mind you must have a car to stay at this property. You are in the countryside, but you're a short drive down the mountain side to a small city if you need to buy groceries or a meal. If you don't want to make your own lunch or supper you will need to dive into town as this property only serves...

'Heel vriendelijk onthaal. De kamers zijn wel wat ouderwets maar de badkamer was goed ingericht en had alles was je nodig. Het was wel wat zoeken om het het hotel te vinden omdat er veel eenrichtings straten waren. Positief was dat er parkeergelegenheid was voor het hotel. Mooi waren de verlichte grotwoningen in een 5 tal kleuren die 's avonds zijn gaan bekijken.'

'The room was cute. The beds were soft and comfortable. The walls are soundproof, so we barely heard the marching band in the street right outside our window at 7am on a Sunday. I wish we had a private bathroom but there was a washing machine so that's nice. The town is small, just one bus stop with a few busses per day. Bars were open and some had food. We got a good pizza for only 8 Euros. The loud festival started around 6pm Saturday and got worse at midnight. Fireworks. Drums. Amplified...
