'This property is run by a wonderful woman and her family. It is in a quiet village in the Rioja Alavesa close to other towns and villages in a beautiful setting. The property is a "casa rural" which comes close to a B&B with amazing breakfast for a very reasonable price. The terrace opens to a breathtaking view of the vineyards and mountains. It is very clean, comfortable and recently renovated. I would certainly return and also recommend. Thanks, Amaia y familia!'

'Heel vriendelijk onthaal. De kamers zijn wel wat ouderwets maar de badkamer was goed ingericht en had alles was je nodig. Het was wel wat zoeken om het het hotel te vinden omdat er veel eenrichtings straten waren. Positief was dat er parkeergelegenheid was voor het hotel. Mooi waren de verlichte grotwoningen in een 5 tal kleuren die 's avonds zijn gaan bekijken.'

'Really attractive and nicely furnished converted old building. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was just about perfect. Garai is a lovely village and has two magnificent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, ideal for the tasting menu with accompanying wines.
