'The room was clean and spacious. The accommodation does not look neat from the outside. But the room itself is completely fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise. Still a good hotel to stay as a stopover.'

'Bugs, hair and nail clippings in the bed. It was totally gross. Then the front desk staff said they couldn’t do anything till 10 am the next day- she was going to call and never did'

'Stay here regularly due to walking distance to Renfro Valley New Barn for concerts. Most recent stay was disappointing, mini fridge did not work, rooms are getting tired, marks on wall, hot in hallways. Funky odor around first floor ice and vending, 2nd floor had no working vending and no ice machine. Breakfast is all prepackaged microwave, toaster, minimal healthy choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful but facility does not meet expectations for Baymont.'

'Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only issues were that the room could have used more towels, and the shower pressure was a little too strong for our preference. Other than that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay.'
