'We were surprised with an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite which was a very welcome treat for a mom of toddlers! The suite was spacious and clean with room for a pack n play, stroller wagon, and floor puzzles while still being able to freely move around. The setup is perfect for family and long-term stays especially. A great mini-cation for my kids and me!'

'At check-in, the first staff member told me repeatedly that she was not able to find my reservation. I provided both a receipt and confirmation number. She eventually went to get her “boss,” and he took over. They instructed me to take a key and see if the room was acceptable, and then they would proceed with the check-in.
