'Cozy duplex with a big kitchen. The garage will allow for a car but not a pickup truck, but plenty of parking room outside. The Duplex is on a busy street but traffic noise was not an issue. The Duplex would not be good for people with physical handicap issues since the Duplex has a tall step to enter the entry door and has three sets of steps (5-6 steps) to access the varous levels. We had what we needed for cooking and meal prep.The bathrooms and laundry were fine. '

'We were in Sioux Falls for Registration/Orientation at Augustana for our daughter. The location was close to campus and all the activities we did. The Blue House was clean and quiet. We will be back! '

'Great house with everything I needed. And it was really close to all of the softball and baseball fields for a tournament we were there for. We walked instead of having to deal with the parking over there. It was amazing. '

'Gorgeous property and great place to gather - location boasts ample space to enjoy, with well thought out furnishings and fully equipped kitchen - including children’s dishes. Host is thoughtful enough to include pet bowls and bed which is wonderful. Property is in an excellent location, has a beautiful backyard and the most comfortable beds of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Thank you hosts for a wonderful experience, we will be back!'

'First of all, Sioux Falls is one of my favorite cities in the country. It’s amazing. This stay just made it that much better. Our host was so responsive. The place was beautiful and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. '

'We enjoyed our stay in this vacation house. Nice climate system. Nice shower. An own washing machine and dryer. Ideal when with kids, like we were. Nice kitchen. You can even sit outside, but we preferred to sit inside or do daytrips.'

The house was clean, so cute on the inside, and had absolutely anything we could have needed. It was a great home and listed at a great price. 'Excellant house on a quiet street. Very clean. Just spent 1 night with 5 people but the beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. 3 showers made it easier to get ready in the morning. You might get a box or two of tissues for the guests.'

'The home was better than expected! Kitchen was spacious and had all the amenities you needed. The personal touches by the host made us feel very welcomed. Plenty of space for two families (one of 5 and one of 3). They even had an extra foam pad to add to the pull out coach which made it that much more comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of space and hot water lasted for five plus showers a night. Neighborhood was quite and easy to get to. We would definitely stay again! '
