'Cozy duplex with a big kitchen. The garage will allow for a car but not a pickup truck, but plenty of parking room outside. The Duplex is on a busy street but traffic noise was not an issue. The Duplex would not be good for people with physical handicap issues since the Duplex has a tall step to enter the entry door and has three sets of steps (5-6 steps) to access the varous levels. We had what we needed for cooking and meal prep.The bathrooms and laundry were fine. '

'The house was as "advertised" with four good sized bedrooms - 2 king, 2 Queen. The check in was super easy - the owner allowed us to check in almost four hours early, which we really appreciated!There was a full size kitchen, which we used for several meals. There was a large dining room table for enjoying meals as well. This property was centrally located, a short 12 - 15 minutes (2.8 mi) from Falls Park. We would certainly stay here again if in the area '

'Absolutely the best. It was very nice. The owner was very thoughtful with all the small details. The beds are extremely comfortable. The linen was soft. Would totally recommend this place to anybody.'

'Great house in a nice quiet neighborhood! The hot tub and back yard are very nice and relaxing. Beach towels provided. Beds are super comfortable. The house is close to groceries, event center, fairgrounds, liquor store, etc. The Uber drivers did have trouble finding it sometimes, but that's on them. We had a great weekend in Sioux Falls!'

'The home was better than expected! Kitchen was spacious and had all the amenities you needed. The personal touches by the host made us feel very welcomed. Plenty of space for two families (one of 5 and one of 3). They even had an extra foam pad to add to the pull out coach which made it that much more comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of space and hot water lasted for five plus showers a night. Neighborhood was quite and easy to get to. We would definitely stay again! '
