'Staff were nice and attentive. When we arrived, they informed us our room didn’t have AC. The breakfast options are very limited. They offer corn flakes or toast. For a Dominican breakfast like “mangú” etc. You will have to pay extra. Plus an additional 28% fee on anything you consume at the restaurant.'

En primer lugar, no había conexión a internet, aunque en la reserva se indicaba claramente que el hotel disponía de wifi. Como consecuencia, tampoco funcionaba la televisión.
Además, el suministro de agua fue un problema constante. Una de las noches no tuvimos agua en absoluto y, el resto de los días, la presión era tan baja que era prácticamente imposible ducharse con normalidad.
Por último, el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear....
'Very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, their credit card system was down, so we couldn’t pay by card. The air conditioning in our room never cooled, even after several hours, and there were no other rooms available. The pool also had many missing tiles, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. We had to leave that same night because the room was too hot to sleep in. The owner refused to issue a full refund and only returned half of what we paid. I would not recommend staying here.'
