'This resort is next level, from friendliness of staff, quality and options in dining choices, we were privileged to be upgraded to a pool villa that was simply huge and stunning and on our last day were given a late checkout that exceeded expectations. Our only disappointment is that we have to leave however we will definitely be back. Thank you Shan and team for such an enjoyable stay.'

'A bit late but we had a great stay. Highlight was Kumara the yoga teacher who adjusted the level as i was the only one that turned up. Guys around the resturant pool were good. And the office lady who helped me off site when she was walking hone and i had an issue.'

'Mooie kamer met comfortabele bedden en een buiten badkamer. Het resort ligt in een prachtige tuin met een mooi zwembad, dicht bij het mooie strand van Talalla. Je hebt enkel weinig privacy omdat de kamers "open" zijn. Aan de tuinzijden enkel afsluitbaar met de rolgordijnen.'

'We stayed for 2 nights, and we both thought that the food and the public areas were amazing. We also booked the yoga classes which were great. The bungalows are very cool, they are open, so you get a pretty unique experience. The beds are a bit on the hard side, this should be improved.'

'I absolutely loved my stay at Mandara and I will be back soon for sure. The staff were very friendly and special thanks to the Priyankara and bar staff, Lalit, Sampath and the pool staff and the lady who checked me in at the reception. 'We stayed here on our honeymoon, and was expecting a little more hospitality to be honest couldn't even get a free drink out of them 😅. They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! The food was really good, bar slightly over priced so all inclusive would be worth it if you intend to spend most of your time at the hotel. 'Bij aankomst op Colombo had ik niet gekozen voor een transferdienst van het hotel. Ik maakte gebruik van Europecar op de luchthaven en voor 5500 rupi met een privéchaffeur was ik met een ruime twee uur op bestemming (tip: neem de expressway en betaal de tol c.a. 1 euro en wat centen als je na een lange vlucht snel naar je kamer wilt). 'Perfect place for our first location in Sri Lanka. We stayed three nights and loved it. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and the quality of the Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was amazing. We can also recommend the Katamaran tour in the lagoon. Free shuttle to the empty beach also worked great. Would always return here.'
