'By Western standards, this property is best described as rustic and beautiful. It’s within walking distance of the airport but somehow managed to feel secluded. It’s a short ride to Doi Suthep, which is breathtaking. Next to the property is a shopping mall and grocery store so it’s easy to stock up on anything you may need. There’s also a 7/11 a short walk away. I also really appreciated the in room washing machine.'

'The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com I had...

'The properties are very good but the elevators aren’t very convenient because it is usually very busy and packed and parking in the parking garage can be very expensive as you have to pay each time you leave.'
