'Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Block B mit seitlichen Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. (bis auf kleine Gebrauchsspuren). Waschmaschine funktionierte tadellos. Parkplätze gab es zu genüge. Security war sehr feundlich. Der Pool im Block A war sehr schön und sauber. '

'Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.'

'Were in 1 Bedroom apartment for 1 night. The facilities in room set up fully and cleaned. Kitchen and items, large Fridge, big dining table with chairs. My room perfect view with balcony to river and city lights. Highly recommend this hotel and apartment for Long stay in Phnom Penh. '

'The unit is clean, the host is very accommodating, agreed to check us in in a very short notice. Seamless check in and check out. Literally 5min walk to SM Bicutan. The only downside is the walls between each unit is not sound proof, however they have a strict noice curfew from 6am til 10pm if I remember it right. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.'
