'The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 3. Our contact was courteous. The house location was great for Bell Smith Spring Trails. It’s not too far from the Garden of the rocks and the Rim Rock Trail. There was a small restaurant nearby in case travelers don’t want to cook. '

'The studio was really neat and tidy. Very clean. The host was excellent. I accidentally showed up early and the host was onsite and actually came and talked to me and couldn't have been nicer.
