'Hotel and facility excellent. Very clean. Unfortunately, some guests must have thrown lawn party near parking lot and lots of bottles and debris strewn about made for an unsightly impression. Likely no fault of hotel but they can maybe put up signs to dissuade that kind of littering.'

'Night guy was rude and didn't speak much. He threw the card keys on the counter and walked away. He didn't even tell me where the room was located. When he finally came back and I asked him he just pointed. I work nights and I'm not an A-hole or rude to people like him. The day staff was very nice smiling and talking to their guest. The room was clean but a dirty rag use for cleaning was left on the corner of the bad. Walked on the floor with clean socks and they were brown afterwards. We had...

'The bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was very clean, inviting and spacious! It had all the amenities I could have asked for. The pool was great as well. I had coffee and breakfast the first morning here. I found it very tasty and to have plenty of options! The hotel allowed me a late check out even though I asked last minute!! Over all it was a great, comfortable, and enjoyable stay! I will def recommend and I'll be back soon!! '

'i stay at this property every week while doing my therapies for brain trauma at Hermann memorial at the woodlands and i could not be at a better place to stay. the room is spacious and comfortable. the bed is awesome where when I lay down I fall right out. the internet is easily accessible.
