'Hotel is situated at walking distance from Harley Davidson Museum and downtown. Rooms are huge and very nicely decorated. However, the beds are lumpy and therefore not very comfortable. Bar staff and staff at check out not friendly at all.'

'We stayed at the annex, called the Shroeder house, 2 doors down the street. It was beautiful on the outside and had a garden and parking in back. Having only 4 rooms, it was nice and quiet. The room itself had a nice fireplace and giant jacuzzi tub, comfortable bed and cable TV. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to lots of stores, restaurants and bars. 'Booked this place for a week and arrived on a Thursday. By Saturday night, the guests staying next to us were extremely loud and rowdy. They threw a party and blasted music so loudly that the walls were shaking from around 10 PM until 2 AM. I called guest services five times. Staff went to the room twice, and on the third visit they finally asked the guests to leave because they refused to stop the party. The rest of the stay was “okay,” but overall the hotel did not feel safe or well-managed....
