'We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. The personal touch and not an app made us feel we made a new friend. Would we come back oh that's a big "YES" in fact the wife wanted to book the loft again 2...

'Hotel is horrible. First room they put me in hadn't been cleaned and appeared someone was already using the room. Manager apologized and gave me another room. It was late, so not worth complaining anymore but new room wasn't very clean, tub and sink were broken, TV was unplugged and didn't work, AC worked on and off.
