'Claimed there was complaints about smoking when I wasn't even in room yet they didn't bother knocking on my door while I was a guest there just waited until after my 7 day stay to hit my credit card with 3 charges $100, $150 and $46!! Plus charged me $33 for parking while their garage was full and I had to pay to park in another garage and walk the further distance late at night with my mother with unsavory characters hanging in the stairwell. 'The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was excellent. The parking is expensive, $40 a night. And the room that they put our family in was in the basement! I didn't know that hotels had basements. It was a shocking experience. The window opened to the parking garage. Beware.'

'We have stayed here for two days on a business trip. The room was okay sized, clean and with comfortable beds. Enough service and good location to main roads! The neighborhood is bit shabby, but we just needed a clean bed for the night and that they offered. The only thing we didn't like and which is causing our "okay" rate, is the fact windows couldn't open at all! It left the room in a bit of a molled/dusty smell when entering the room and it took some time to get used to it everytime we...

'Sheet had a hole in it, couch has holes in the vinyl, horrible shower, left over used wash cloth hanging on shower curtain.
Wall tile falling off wall in bathroom.
Needs a complete repaint.
The bed was clean and comfortable.
For the price probably ok compared to what a lot of hotels in the area charge'
