We were stranded 2 hours away from home. All hotels in the area were booked because of Fathers Day weekend. Yes, I did get a full refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Not sure I will ever use any of them again'

I really enjoyed the instruments with my children and the outdoor nature views with the big windows it was the reason I booked it. With that said, a major draw back is the home needs some safety renovations if it is going to allow small families to book in my opinion . The sliding door in the back on the bottom floor doesn’t lock...

'We enjoyed our great stay in the suite. The interior decor and outdoor beauty of the place were no doubt some of the best we have seen - upscale and creative. The hosts communicated well in advance of our check-in and instructions were clear. They even popped in to check up on us after we arrived. What could have made it even better: A working ceiling light. The host advised us that they have to call an electrician but did not say when. It didn't get fixed during our 7-night stay and we did...
