Not Hilton worthy
Too much noice disturbance by slamming doors. Too hot in the room, AC does not work very well. It was a complete chaos in the breakfastroom. Lots of junk on the tables and a sticky floor. However, this was due to a certain group of people. Check out took a long time.

Wanneer je na je vlucht snel wil kunnen rusten in je hotel dan is dit hotel ideaal vanwege de ligging kort bij de luchthaven.

Zeer goed gelegen hotel. ca. 10 min van Zurich centrum en 5 min van de luchthaven. Bij gesloten ramen hoor je geen vliegtuigen. Goed geisoleerd.

Nabij luchthaven (doch zeer rustig), Kamer en badkamer eenvoudig en ietwat gedateerd, maar verzorgd en schoon. Lekker bed. Smakelijk en gevarieerd ontbijt. Shuttledienst naar de luchthaven stopt voor de deur.

Ontbijtbuffet bij de prijs inbegrepen. Zeer ruime kamer met zithoek en koelkast en prima bedden. 2 flesjes water bij kamerprijs inbegrepen. Badkamer niet groot, maar voldoende. Heel grote badhanddoeken. Luchthaven shuttlebus. Vanaf vliegveld naar hotel gratis, andersom 5 fr. p.p.

The hotel bathroom was disgusting, I couldn’t even stay the night after checking in. There were spider webs all over the chair and the tv as if no one has been in there for a very long time.

It is correct that we did not have rooms available during your arrival at 10AM, however, still we were able to provide you with a room at 10:40AM in comparism with our regular check-in time at 2PM. Therefore, we have granted check-in more than three hours ahead of our confirmed check-in time, furthermore, our housekeeping team has cleaned your room as quickly as possible to assure a minimum wait of only 40 minutes. I do apologize if that did not meet your expectations.

We arrived at the property to find it closed with no one there … we recieved no notice of this. Luckily our taxi driver was nice enough to call the number for the property for us. We were rerouted to the Holton which was a hike 5 mins up the drive way in the rain with our heavy 3 week holiday bags. We were starving as we are on an over night layover home to Vancouver. There was no restaurants open which is understandable as we arrived late due to a flight delay but trying to get through to their advertised late night room service menu which is displayed on our rooms tv menu was completely hopeless. There were no vending machines or solutions for food on site for travellers so we had to Uber eats an undrwhelming $50.00 pizza which normally would be chalked up to the cost of travelling and laughed off but given the events that led up to it it was just not a good experience in any way, shape or form.

The rooms are extremely outdated and the shower/bathtub is decrepit. The shower head fixture does not clamp on tight and keeps sliding down, it would be ideal if you are 5 foot 2 or shorter. The carpet in the room is at least 20 years old with stains that appear to resemble the world map. I had a late connecting flight so I did not use the lounge/restaurant. The airport shuttle was not comfortable as the driver left the door open in 30 degrees without AC on (it leaves every 30 minutes). I would recommend taking an Uber

Super Service und Mitarbeiter. Infrastruktur ist nicht mehr neu, schmeckt nach Teppich und alt...schade sonst wäre es top. Wc und Badewanne sehen nicht gerade fit aus. Teppich ist überall...für die Top Hotellerie einfach überrollt. Ohne ist hygienischer und einfacher zu reinigen, so kann man auch ohne Probleme Haustier erlauben

Very clean and especially quiet for an “airport “ hotel. Only thing we didn’t like was the quirky tub/shower door; it’s easy to get water all over the floor very quickly.

The property needs many improvements and is overpriced for what it should cost. Although some of the staff seemed to be doing their best, morale among the staff was very low, amd many easy/obvious amenities were not taken care of. The unfortunate takeaway experience is that I would not want to stay at this hotel again, or recommend it to others.

I booked at Apart Hotel and stayed at the Hilton. Room was outdated but clean and spacious. Hotel lobby was updated and hotel area was quiet. It was about a 15 min walk to the train into Zurich. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, but there was an Aldi grocery store across the street with healthy food options. For the price I paid I would definitely stay here again.

Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Hilton Zürich Airport, da das Apart Hotel geschlossen war. Gute Lage und der Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Hotel ist wirklich toll! Leider ist das Frühstück für den hohen Preis nicht besonders und auch die Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt. Für einen kurzen Stop wegen eines Fluges aber zu empfehlen

Ich war doch gar nicht im Apart-Hotel Zürich, sondern im Hilton Airport Hotel. Das sollte Expedia doch am besten wissen und nicht fälschlicherweise nach meiner Bewertung des Apart Hotels fragen. Und der Check-in im Hilton war eine Katastrophe.
