Prima ook voor zakelijke overnachting
Weer was bar en boos storm en regen. Dag later schitterend weer. Keurige kamer, in- en uitcheck zeer vriendelijke service. Gelukkig was een bistro gelijk tegenover Harry's Home. Ook een aanrader.

Everything is fine, good transportation condition, frequent cleaning service, the only unpleasant experience is the big noise from upper room on Friday evening, I think there maybe a party and it continues until 3 o’clock, I heard many people’s voices which disturbed my rest terribly.

As others have noted and they themselves acknowledge in Google Review replies, the AC currently does NOT work. Given that it's fall, normally just opening the window would not be a problem, but the hotel is right next to the train station. The trains run every 30 minutes and until 01:40 in the morning, so good luck sleeping. Cleanliness was good. Not a whole lot around the hotel and not a lot to do. Need to take a tram and then transfer at a train station to get into Zurich. Only real benefit is having the tram that's right next to the hotel to direclty to the airport.

The Hotel is 5 years old and was built in the way, that full AC was not required (due to Minergy building). Still, with the temperatures increasing year by year we are planing on improving this situation during the upcoming winter months.Still, I appologize for the problems suffered due to this condition. My stay at Harry’s Home was pleasant enough, the rooms were comfortable but it was clear the floor was not cleaned in the rooms. My biggest problem was that the reception clerk charged us for an extra night when we checked in, even though I had paid upfront. After a long day of travelling for 12 hours I was tired and confused when he told me I had to pay more. I thought he meant the city tax (€5) but he charged me €150. I raised this with the hotel the next day via email to avoid any confusion, and am still waiting for the charge to be refunded to my card. Just a warning to have your wits about you when you check in!

Harry’s house is a great place to stay for short or perhaps even longer stay in Zürich. It’s between the airport and the city and it’s directly on the tram 12 line. Do not take a taxi to get to Harry’s house; It will be very expensive. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful. I really enjoyed my brief stay.

Séjour convenable et rapport qualité prix très honnête. Seul bémol le Wifi qui fonctionne très mal si l’on est en chambre bout de couloir et enfin le panel de chaînes TV pas très « francophones friendly ».

The hotel is NOT air conditioned and this was the sole reason we booked it. The manager admitted that the owner lied in the ad - the system is air recirculation only. It does not get colder nor get rid of humidity. Our room was hotter than the outside temperature during a heat wave of 35 degree weather. The manager was unsympathetic, very rude and would cut you off mid sentence to try swinging the conversation to a tangent. Cannot fathom how he is still employed with the rude comments about other guests. All of the dishes and cutlery were dirty upon arrival. Cleaning staff advised we are responsible for washing dishes and buying our own dish soap and sponges despite other guests saying it was provided in their room. The hotel also tried very hard to double charge us. They were adamant that we didn't pre-pay despite showing them the Expedia emails, receipts and credit card bills. It took over 30 minutes of arguing that we paid before they "checked the Expedia system" to confirm our payment. The room itself is great, don't get me wrong. Cute, small, modern and as pictured. Great location with a tram stop right outside the hotel. It would have been a 5 star review. But the hotel staff, management and blatant lying in the ad brings it down to a 0 star.

Modern and safe. Tram out front is very convenient as it’s not in a touristy area. The rooms fan didn’t feel very effective and it was hot overnight even with it on max. Overall nice experience.

Switzerland for the first time.
We arrived early from our flight but the receptionist Ramon allowed us to check in early and also a bit later on our checkout. He was also very helpful with a number of other requests and queries. Excellent customer service.
