'Everything is fine starting from reception to checkout. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast is fit for purpose but sitting space is bit crowded with some sitting away from buffet area. Room cleaning timing is long so by 4pm it is still not done.'

'This hotel is located in the heart of Old Batumi, making it an excellent and convenient location. I was able to walk everywhere, and the building has an elevator, which was a big plus. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful staff!'
