'We have stayed at your rooms 4 or 5 times and have always been very happy with the facilities. Our one complaint, which is only minor, is the poor design of the shower screens in that they let so much water out onto the floor. Also room 5 in which we stayed this time has quite a large gap in the door allowing a fair breeze through it. But we will be back next trip.'
