Noord-Amerika: Golfvakanties

WOW! I travel quite a bit and have stayed at a lot of properties in Miami (other cities/states as well). I can honestly say, it is very hard to impress me as far as hotels go. This hotel is amazing. Every staff member that I interacted with was phenomenal. The kindness, professionalism and overall great attitudes was amazing. The service provided by everyone can't be beat. I did have to call maintenance for my AC in my room. They showed up within 5 minutes, corrected the issue. On top of that, the hotel manager called roughly an hour later to make sure everything was okay and corrected accordingly. The hotel smells amazing, it smells like luxury!! The bedding, pillows, etc. were all plush and lavish. I can't say enough good things about my stay. Dinner was amazing as well as the breakfast buffet in the morning. HIGHLY recommend you stay at Trump Doral Miami.

As a family we were traveling to Walt Disney World in Orlando. We don't like the mass entertainment and not the huge hotels for this. Therefore we choose the Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge. What a terrific choice it was. Not for people who do not like the formalities which come with a styles and nice hotel like this. Its serenity, space and the lovely staff and premises where a delight after the business of Disney. We highly recommend this hotel and not only for family trips. A perfect business location too!

All in all and excellent Hilton hotel / Golf resort to stay for a while. 2-bedroom condo's excellent, Golf court excellent, swimming pools smaller than I expected, but still OK. Gym also OK. Disney parcs nearby, Universal parcs will take a bit longer to get there (traffic jams!). This was one negative point: when we booked (2025) there was still shuttle services to the Parcs. When we checked in 2 weeks ago, we were informed that they cancelled this service in January 2026. We were not informed about this. This was a major disappointment as with 2 families, 4 adults, 4 kids, we now had to drive with 2 cars to the parcs every day, early morning till late. We would probably have reconsidered our stay in this hotel, simply because this shuttle service was canceled. They should have send us an e-mail in January..
