'Much like having a private room at a hostel. Its an excellent location for those wanting to experience the most of down town, but quiet it is not. The room was clean and nice, but the shower was very cold and we could hear the elevator all night. The internet was pretty spotty and unreliable, but having a kitchen was nice and it is in a great location. Just evaluate what you want from a hotel before booking. There is also no staff. Kinda confused on that one.'

You can hear people walking on the street all time and the train. Hottel probably knows since they left ear plugs in the bathroom. No lotion in the washroom. 'This Mountain View property was very well maintained and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee maker, creamer, sugar, cooking vessels and utensils. The porch is huge offering both sunrise and sunset views. Extremely cozy and homely stay. We will definitely book again if visiting Gatlinburg.'
