Nice hotel, very friendly people. Rooms are clean and very good breakfast.

The hotel is located relative far and isolated from airport and one needs a shuttle or expensive taxi (there are no Bolts or Uebers in Bulgaria) to reach the Airport: so don't see this as a time saving option, but could be at very early departures, when there is no Metro/subway running. Walking from hotel to Airport [with suitcases] is not the (10 or 12 minutes) option! The metro or taxi from the city center or vincinity is (more) convenient. Another point of attention. We arrived at 21.30 and the restaurant/cantine? was closing, no longer serving (heated up?) meals, instead we were offered; a cold, soft, sticky to teeth white bread junkfood sandwich from an expensive vendingmachine. The bar was a minimum on atmosphere. The breakfast typical american, enough, but soft and tasteless. Many pilots, some business people,..as such, a minimum on human interaction. Don't recommend it for young adventorous and with kids. The night staff is not the source of help you expect in emergencies. The manager comes only in at 11.00 AM. The wide open environment between the industrial like buildings despite is quite large andopen, with bushes and trees, .AND .there are beautifull large herds with cows and (wild?) horses. A pleasure to see (nature), in a depressingly created (stamped out americanized franchised business world) and ACCEPTED by non inspiring guests.

A busy vibe all around. Choice of restaurants inside (i picked the Italian). Good food! Friendly staff. I had a room on the 16th floor. Great view, but in hinesight the 2th floor might have been more comfortable, due to the nightclub on a floor above the 16th. The bass was resonant in my room

Het hotel ligt dichtbij centraal station, Bus en metro. Hele slechte bedden en totaal niet geluidsdicht in de kamer. Goed voor korte citytrip
