'I had a lovely stay at the Hayden pub, together with my daughter. Location, comfort, service, everything was excellent! '

'The apartment had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. Even had a washing machine that I didn’t know were there. The apartment is located up a stairway and the 2 bedrooms were upstairs so if stairs are a problem maybe reconsider. Loved the location! Very quiet as the apartment is located up an alley way. Lots of very popular restaurants around the corner and cute little boutique stores. Loved my visit and would definitely stay in this property again. '

'Pictures are not what we stayed in - small apartment beds were comfortable - owner provided juice, water and milk for our stay. Soaps and shampoos are provided in bathroom. One issue was the windows in the front do not open and it was warm in the apartment - the back bedroom windows could be opened but downstairs restaurant workers were loud and smoking so smoke came right up into the bedroom so we had to close the windows. Owner does communicate well so if you need assistance he will respond...

'Geweldig personeel en leuke vibe in het hotel. Propere verzorgde kamer en een zalig bed :-). Hele mooie buurt met een fantastische ligging (onmiddellijk aan de metro) Als we terug naar London gaan dan komen we zonder twijfel hier zeker terug !! '

'Een net hotel. Goede kamers, goede bedden en ontbijt was ook goed. Er was, door werkzaamheden, wat herrie in onze kamer, maar na overleg kregen we ook makkelijk en andere kamer. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. '

'Booked a stay for 3 people in March 2024. The room was very clean but TINY. We had to open our suitcases on the beds because there wasn’t enough space anywhere else to open the luggage. The balcony door was broken and open when we arrived so it was very cold inside. Staff is friendly and available 24/7 which is nice. Washroom is also tiny but clean. Overall it was a good experience as it’s located in a very convenient spot however this is a 2 star stay at best, not really 4 star as advertised.'

'Leuk hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Enige punt is de vloerbedekking in de hal en je kamer. Ziet er erg vies uit. Als ik het van te voren wist had ik niet dit hotel genomen. Verder was alles prima in orde. '

'Great Atmosphere when you enter the hotel. Had a wonderful stay with my son. Room was small but fine as we only slept there. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Underground stations Queensway and Bayswater around the corner. Same for the bigbus tours. Next to Hyde Park. I only made the mistake to book for 2 adults and had to pay quite a lot to change this to 1 adult and 1 child.'

'Voor mij was de ligging ideaal, daar ik een verleden had op de hoek van Hereford Rd en Talbot Rd en dit hotel daar heel dichtbij was gelegen. Ook centraal gelegen voor het carnaval van Notting Hill. Overigens was het hotel prima, alsook de mensen daar in het algemeen, kortom SUBLIEM verblijf'

'Het ontbijt was echt heel slecht. In een kelder zonder zuurstof. Een geroosterde boterham of croissant en kaas, worst of jam. Echt onder de maat. Koffie is een bak slootwater. Alles was verouderd en half gammel. Verwacht ook geen uitzicht vanaf de kamer.'

'De locatie is prima. Vlak bij Kensington park en supermarkt. De accommodatie was primair maar alles wat je nodig hebt en schoon. Lekkere douche en goede airco met weinig geluid. Goede aansluiting op metro (underground).'

'The location of the property was as expected with the furniture clean. The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen which was not fully equipped. No microwave, toaster, tea towels, oven dishes, frying pan, chopping board, standard utensils etc. We planned on having Christmas lunch...
