The registration person is usually good but nothing stand out- this time , the person was very friendly, took time to really listen when I answered his"how was your drive here?". Then he gave us a corner room- a nicer room than we have ever gotten; a late check out and a couple of nice comments about how great the hotel is and SF in general. 'Op de kamer was de douche kapot. Bij ontvangst niet hartelijk ontvangen. Lange rijen voor alle service in het hotel en personeel die de taal niet spreekt. Housekeeping was wel erg goed. Hotel werdt ook gebruikt als toeristische attractie waardoor het soms moeilijk in en uit het hotel komen was. Geen persoonlijke service. '
