I recently stayed at The Clift Royal Sonesta in San Francisco, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends historic charm with modern luxury. The moment I walked into the elegant lobby, I was impressed by the stylish decor and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt personalized and genuine.
My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and large windows offering a great view of the city. The amenities were top-notch — everything from the plush robes to the high-end toiletries made it feel like a true boutique experience.
I also appreciated the central location. Just steps away from Union Square, it was easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxation after a day out.
The Redwood Room bar is a must-visit — chic, vibrant, and a great place for a craft cocktail in a stylish setting. The vibe was upscale but unpretentious.
Overall, The Clift Royal SF exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in San Francisco.
