'The first thing to really note is that this hotel has some of the best staff in the world. They went above and beyond on a daily basis to not only make our stay extremely comfortable but also that our kids felt welcome and safe. Our two kids loved the staff. 'alles was prima in orde, veel ruimte. Wel aandacht besteden aan klanten die 2 aparte en gescheiden bedden willen. Is er niet n.l. Verder is het transport per buggy naar alle locaties ok maar soms moet daar vanwege onderbezetting of drukte te lang op gewacht worden. Het viel ons op dat er bij het geserveerde keurige ontbijt wel weinig keuze is tav gezonder eten, heb zelf b.v. verse gember thee gevraagd maar dat zou eigenlijk standaard moeten zijn. Verse pepermunt of kamille thee moet ook mogelijk...
