'Perfecte locatie en vriendelijk ontvangst. Concierge niet behulpzaam en vreemd dat het restaurant c.q. bar dicht is op zondagavond. Nergens in het hotel een gezellige plek voor een versnapering op zondag behalve op de kamer. Je mag wel 5-stereen prijzen betalen. '

Sitting area, king bed which was very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with nespresso type coffee maker & milk in the fridge, washer dryer, nice bathroom with shower hose & shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Would highly recommend this room as it was also reasonable for the location!'

'Great hotel overall. Comfy, clean bed and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Drink on arrival was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location for exploring Sydney. 2 min walk to circular quay railway station and ferry service, shops and restaurants / cafes. The only complaint was that the bathroom was quite small & dated and the grout in the shower looked grotty. Also we were given a room with a view of a crane outside the window which flashed a light constantly. However...

'Ligging was prima. De staat van apparatuur kamer slecht. De communicatie van het personeel rond uit slecht. Het zwembad bleek bij aankomst niet beschikbaar, we konden wel zwemmen bij een hotel verderop, echter is dit niet vermeld op de site van Expedia, waar deze fout dan ligt is de vraag maar het mag niet voorkomen dat de klant voor verassingen komt te staan.'

'De kamers met Harbour vieuw bieden een prachtig uitzicht over de haven. Iedere zaterdag avond is er een vuurwerk event wat dan goed te volgen is. De kamers zijn ruim en worden goed onderhouden. Het personeel is attent en vraagt uit eigen beweging of je nog extra service nodig hebt. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en ook hier is de bediening attent en ondersteunend. Vanuit het zwembad heb je een goed zicht op de haven. Hier wordt standaard gekoeld water en zonnebrand factor 50 aangeboden. Er staat...
