'We arrived in Sydney on an early morning flight, exhausted, and went to the front desk just to leave our luggage. On a whim, I asked if an early check-in might be possible, and to my surprise they immediately arranged a room for us. It was such a big help. The hotel has excellent access from the airport, is convenient for sightseeing, and above all, the kind and attentive staff made our family trip truly enjoyable.
