'The exterior looked well maintained. Beautiful landscaping. There were Kids having a fun time swimming in the pool. Rooms are dark lighting wise and dated in my opinion and mine had a funny smell. If you face the road will hear all the traffic and semis driving by which is quite loud. My specific experience someone set their car alarm off really late followed by loud footsteps above on 3rd floor. Perhaps if you request a room on the backside away from the main road one could get...

'The Basin Park is in a perfect location for exploring historic downtown Eureka Springs and a short drive to The Great Passion Play. The complimentary shuttle services was great. Our double Queen room was spacious with a sitting room separating the large bathroom from the sleeping area. I would recommend The Basin Park to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.'
