'On average an okay hotel. The shuttle bus from/to airport is for free but useless. We waited for 45’ at the airport but no shuttle (according to the hotel it should run at 19.00 but we waited and waited and …..). A Uber is around CLP 8.000. To the airport it didn’t go between 06.15 and 08.15. We had to be there at 08.00: so useless once again. Noisy rooms due to airplanes. Could use isolated windows!! Staff perfect, as the food.'

'The property was in a good location. Being picked up at the airport upon arrival was great. Manager did not speak english and failed to mention that dishes for the kitchen were actually in our room. We were not told in advance about the cultural show. There was only a sign in Spanish on the day it took place, so we missed it. The batheoom was extremely small. No bar soap or shampoo available. 'Zwembad was tijdens mijn verblijf steeds dicht, onderhoud wat eerst op maandag zou worden gepleegd, maar vervolgens op dinsdag werd gedaan. Toen ik er naar vroeg werd ik onbeschoft te woord gestaan. Kamer was bij aankomst (ruim na inchecktijd) nog niet schoongemaakt, bed niet opgemaakt. Begin van de avond kwam schoonmaker met dochter, die vervolgens gewoon tv ging kijken, het bed opmaken. '

"Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish)."
