When I turned down the bed, sheets were wrinkled and a pair of dirty socks were found…obviously, this bed had not been cleaned. 'Great customer service. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and time. Sauna showers were not working. Gym was dates but in good condition and clean. Didnt use the pool this time but would go back . Room was big but not enough towels. WouLd prefer a seating option in the room or outside of room. Shower water was great. Lighting and signage was good. No water/ice option. Fridge in room was very loud. Wifi was good but you have to log in over and over.'
