'This hotel was a welcome respite after a long day of delayed flights and missed connections. Kristen at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The room was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices from cold cereal and yogurt to eggs, bacon and waffles made to order. Four minutes to the airport and a couple minutes to the highway. Very convenient. Highly recommend.'

'Het zwembad was dicht, er was geen shuttle naar het vliegveld en er was niets in de buurt. De man achter de balie vertelde me waar ik een bushalte kon vinden maar om daar te komen moest ik een snelweg oversteken. Ik was dus aangewezen op uber taxi's.
Het slot van mijn deur viel bijna uit de muur dus eigenlijk kon iedereen zo binnenkomen'

'I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the shuttle station and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called and was told that they did not know where the driver was. She was not...
