'We truly loved the price and location to beach. I did not realize it was as small as it is but we managed that. The hot water had been turned off but my husband fixed that . 'The condo was nice and the common area was very spacious. It could have been better if one of the 3 sofas made into a bed. There was a nice semi private room off the kitchen with a sofa and large tv but would have been more useful if the sofa made out to a bed. I found having 4 different codes to access everything very irritating and a pain, the only code easy to remember was the condo gate code. 'We enjoyed our stay. There were some things that could be improved but wouldn’t stop us from visiting again and recommending it to everyone. However the tile was dirty. We spilled water and wiped it up and the paper towels were filthy. Would not go barefooted. We wore house shoes. And the couch, I’m sure was cleaned but looks dirty. We wouldn’t sit on it without sitting on towel. Hated that there was no WiFi, but oh well we survived. ;) It is a great little town. loved all the food trucks...

'We love this place! We spent an entire month here, as we did in 2023 (see my Mar 3, 2023 review), and will be back again! The beach is a 5-minute walk from the door, and there are numerous restaurants & shops within easy walking distance. Other beach communities (with plenty of restaurants & shops) are close by, as are several state parks (with great walking trails). The condo is cheerfully decorated, comfortable, and well-stocked. The hosts are easy to communicate with and go out of their way...
