'This is an old property. We were there for a wedding and power went out. We checked out early and hotel gave us credit for one night. The best thing about hotel is the staff. They made reception happen for the wedding. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.'

'The owner is incredibly nice. He has made many renovations since our last stay and we are always happy with our stay. He has redone a lot of the pool and it was so relaxing. Our jacuzzi tub was nice, the beds are comfy, and the jacuzzi room was very romantic. We stay here every trip to eureka. The jacuzzi suites are at the back of the building which gives them privacy. Amazing stay!'

'We had a crazy weekend in Eureka Springs at this hotel. We were woken in the middle of the night with tornado sirens, and the owner looked after all of us. Hotel was very biker friendly and kept supplies ready for us all the time. '

'I arrived during a huge storm, the surrounding area had a tornado, there was hail storm within minutes of my arrival, so the power was out all over town. The manager was very communicative and helpful. I decided to extend my stay by a day, so I could experience the entire Eureka Springs experience but I had to change rooms, so the manager moved my things for me, very helpful and kind for the over 65 group I am in! 10 Stars for that!!!!!!!!!!!!'
