'Second stay here wasn't as good as the first one due to staff shortage. We entered a room that was a mess as if previous guests hadn't left yet. Got a new one without a single apology from the girl at the front desk. The guy on the next shift stayed for more than 12 hours but he was much more helpful giving us all the toiletries and fresh towels we needed to carry to our room ourselves on the second night since no other staff was there, it appeared. The room itself seemed so dated, dirty carpets...

'We stayed for a mini vacation before a work conference and it was so comfortable! There are nice restaurants in a nearby mall, and the NJ Transit has a bus stop right outside that takes you right to the port authority station in New York, which has all of the subway and bus connections, a couple blocks from Times Square. The breakfast was good, not great but would stay again! '
