'Beautiful house in a very nice location with very friendly hosts. We came up to move our daughter out of UVM dorm and then we used it as our jumping off point to Shelburn and, of course, downtown Burlington. We arrived on the later side and our host offered to drive me downtown to meet my wife so that we would not miss our dinner reservations. The space is very clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are amazing!'

'I came here to spend Christmas with my daughter and we had a wonderful. The space is beautifully renovated with plenty of room and a nice kitchen to make Christmas dinner. The location is great - close to downtown and right near some athletic parks where the dogs enjoyed playing. We hope to come back.'

'This is a beautiful house in a idylic location. Our three couples had a comfortable, enjoyable stay - stunning sunsets, water access and nearby bike trails. We are giving five stars because of the property. We should take off points for the manager, but were so impressed with both the home and the location, it would not be fair the owners to present anything less than five stars. 'The house is cozy, clean, and welcoming. There are views from every room. The beds are super comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfectly situated between Waterbury and Stowe Village, and only about 30 minutes from Mount Mansfield. The homeowner is very responsive, which is always appreciated. 'We were a high school FBLA group attending our VT FBLA SLC at Champlain College. We enjoyed being able to walk to the UMall and convenience of being so close to everything. The house is clean and comfortable, lots of spaces to sleep and hang out.'

'The place is very nice and comfortable. The hot tub was not warmed up for our arrival, and had to run over night to get up to temp. The outdoor fire pit and chairs were not setup like in the photos. Not sure where they were stored. It looked like the cleaners forgot to finish cleaning the primary bathroom. There were used soaps and a rag was left behind.
