'We had an amazing stay at this property. It was perfect for the eclipse viewing. There was 6 of us all together, two elderly, 3 adults, and one baby. It was the perfect amount of space. The location was absolutely perfect and we are even thinking of coming back when it is in season. We enjoyed watching the train across the bay and there were amazing trails and views all along our drive. Very close to Ausable chasm which was another fun day trip. Highly reccomend!'

'We had so much fun staying at this cute a-frame. We were in town to ski, although it rained, we had a blast. The house is close to great restaurants and supermarket. The house was so clean and had everything we needed for us and the dogs. Hot coco for the kids, cute touch! Treats and poop bags for the dogs! We love to cook and the pots and pans were the best we have seen at a rented house! We really enjoyed the house and hope to be back!'

'We loved it! Great location, close to the quaint town of Waitsfield. If you’re lucky with the weather and you have kids- amazing sledding hill! (We did insist the kids wear their ski helmets as it was long and FAST). Kitchen well supplied. The hosts were always helpful and responsive.'

'We had a large-ish group for my son's graduation from Middlebury College and could not have asked for a nicer host or place. The upstairs/main floor is really so much cooler even than the photos portray. You feel like you are out in the field with huge windows in every room. The basement is dark and cool and very flexible bed and roomwise. Everyone felt very comfortable and well cared for. Kara is a fantastic and responsive host and we are so grateful for the soft landing.'

We came up to move our daughter out of UVM dorm and then we used it as our jumping off point to Shelburn and, of course, downtown Burlington. We arrived on the later side and our host offered to drive me downtown to meet my wife so that we would not miss our dinner reservations. The space is very clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are amazing!'

The location is great - close to downtown and right near some athletic parks where the dogs enjoyed playing. We hope to come back.'

It is very conveniently located within walking distance of everything you would want to do in the downtown area. We were with our son and his girlfriend, celebrating the completion of their junior year in college. There was plenty of room for all four of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable, along with allowing for privacy when needed. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The living room...
