'I came here to spend Christmas with my daughter and we had a wonderful. The space is beautifully renovated with plenty of room and a nice kitchen to make Christmas dinner. The location is great - close to downtown and right near some athletic parks where the dogs enjoyed playing. We hope to come back.'

'Beautiful house in a very nice location with very friendly hosts. We came up to move our daughter out of UVM dorm and then we used it as our jumping off point to Shelburn and, of course, downtown Burlington. We arrived on the later side and our host offered to drive me downtown to meet my wife so that we would not miss our dinner reservations. The space is very clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are amazing!'

'Lovely home that has everything you need , located on a very secluded street . you can feel that this home is loved : has lots of great books and beautiful paintings ( home is owned by the artist ) Very cozy with a lot of character and overlooking Lake Champlain . Local stores sell very good produce from nearby farms its organic and very tasty . great hiking at the Green Mountains for people who like forest ; trails are empty ( but about an hour away by car) Or you can walk...

'We visited in early April to see the solar eclipse. The house was cozy, cute and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, the views of the lake are lovely, and the eclipse was spectacular. The property is clearly optimal for summer use, and in early spring we couldn't take advantage of all of its amenities and advantages. Would love to come back sometime in warmer weather. 'We had so much fun staying at this cute a-frame. We were in town to ski, although it rained, we had a blast. The house is close to great restaurants and supermarket. The house was so clean and had everything we needed for us and the dogs. Hot coco for the kids, cute touch! Treats and poop bags for the dogs! We love to cook and the pots and pans were the best we have seen at a rented house! We really enjoyed the house and hope to be back!'

'We very much enjoyed our five-day stay at this house on Lake Champlain -- at one of the narrowest parts of the lake (NY is a kayak away). There's a high-ceiling living room, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and it's a great area for runs/biking/walks. We very much recommend it.'

It is very conveniently located within walking distance of everything you would want to do in the downtown area. We were with our son and his girlfriend, celebrating the completion of their junior year in college. There was plenty of room for all four of us.
