'The hotel was not well lit, it had a very musty or stale odor throughout and it was very old and outdated. The TV did not work or the WiFi the parking was awful there was not enough parking for the hotel guests staying there. The parking lot is also not well lit and a they park a Hotel Shuttle van in one of the hotels few handicap spaces.'

'The guy that checked us in was very rude. The pillows were paper thin and the shower was an absolute geyser of water. But the room did not smell of cigarettes which was awesome! And the AC was great and if you can play some white noise on your phone to drown out the fire alarm constantly beeping in the hallway, then you’ll be great!'

'Het zwembad was dicht, er was geen shuttle naar het vliegveld en er was niets in de buurt. De man achter de balie vertelde me waar ik een bushalte kon vinden maar om daar te komen moest ik een snelweg oversteken. Ik was dus aangewezen op uber taxi's.
Het slot van mijn deur viel bijna uit de muur dus eigenlijk kon iedereen zo binnenkomen'

'I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the shuttle station and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called and was told that they did not know where the driver was. She was not...

'If I could give this hotel less than 1 star, I would…..the staff was horrible and dismissive, basically rude. When we entered the hotel room there was a huge dark splotch on the carpet which looked like blood. There were stains on the wall, the toilet was loose, and the room stank. Additionally there was a window A/C which could not be controlled. Because we arrived at 9:30 pm we were forced to stay the night. In the morning we immediately woke, switched hotels, and requested a refund. ...
