'The property was as advertised but if you want a warm shower don't stay here. The shower is room temperature at best. When I contacted the property manager I was asked to let the water run as it takes a long time for it to get warm. I did that with no results. When I contacted them again I was told warm water does take time for all the units on this building. We apologize and ask for your understanding. Also when the room next door flushes their toilet the shower goes ice cold. Ugh'

'There was a slight odor of pine (I think) which I found offensive because I am super sensitive to scents. It was especially annoying when trying to fall asleep. Other than that, the condo is neat & well supplied for the small condo.'

The only thing i was disappointed about was they didnt make it clear in the listening it was 3 units and not a whols house, and the listing said hot tub (which was my selling point)along with pics only to get there and find out the hot tub didn't...

The condo was very quiet for us, but there was no one really around. Rarely did we hear sounds from other condos and we never heard street noise. This condo was the perfect location. 'finally visited Traverse City for the first time, stayed here and enjoyed our time. It was only about 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Traverse City. It was also a short drive to sleeping Bear dunes national Park, which was fun. Troy was very responsive to texts and emails and definitely went out of his way to make sure that our stay was comfortable and met our expectations. there was even a nice gift package with Thanksgiving cooking supplies waiting for us when we got there.
