'The paddle boards and canoes on the lake made the trip really fun for teenagers. Right on a nice lake so it’s shallow enough to explore and also swim out deeper and much warmer than Lake Michigan which is close enough to drive back and forth from easily.'

'Our 2 night stay here was wonderful! The property itself is beautiful, tucked away in a small neighborhood in the woods between two lakes. It was larger than expected and super cute inside. The host provides lots of amenities all throughout the house and the decor and colors really help add to the charm. The location is perfect! 'We couldn't be more happy with our stay! We got all of the best accomodations we wanted and needed! Close to water and towns but hidden and quiet for us and our dogs! They had it so set up for pet friendly it was amazing! So clean and updated and the comfort made everything so much easier to not have any stress. Only issues were minor, some silverware had to be rewashed, personal communication was non-existant leaving it unclear how to ask questions for like finding extra blankets...which we never found. We enjoyed the Interlochen Farm Market, and a concert at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. . The location made it easy to enjoy biking, hiking, pickleball, and wine tasting in nearby Traverse City, Sutton Bay, Glen Arbor, Empire, and Frankfort. It was perfect for our group!'

'finally visited Traverse City for the first time, stayed here and enjoyed our time. It was only about 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Traverse City. It was also a short drive to sleeping Bear dunes national Park, which was fun. Troy was very responsive to texts and emails and definitely went out of his way to make sure that our stay was comfortable and met our expectations. there was even a nice gift package with Thanksgiving cooking supplies waiting for us when we got there.
