'Fantastic location in the village, beautiful view of Mangrove Bay. Very clean with amenities close by. As well, the bus is across the street to take you to Hamilton or Dockyard. 'It was our first time in Bermuda and we couldn’t have picked a better room! It is approximately 60 feet above the ocean making the water colors and whale spotting perfect! 'John was a wonderful host and very helpful. The house is in a beautiful location right on the water. The bus stop across the street was very convenient. 'Lorna and her family are beautiful people. The Gemstones Property is high on a hill overlooking the most beautiful beach (Cross Bay) During our stay we basically had the beach to ourselves. The walk to beach from Gemstones is fairly steep but there are two other routes. It’s not an issue to sway a decision to stay here. 'It was just me staying for a couple nights before getting on a boat. There is a bus stop 3 houses away from the property. A walking path along the ocean which was amazing. 'Had the best time at Pompano Beach club! The staff are absolutely incredible, so friendly and welcoming. We did the dining plan it mad the whole experience more enjoyable and easy. After trying both restaurants, we avoided them except for simple breakfast. Ground transportation was a very expensive problem.
